Job Overview

This role involves working directly with clients to provide consulting services on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (CRM) product line. It is a remote position, with occasional onsite meetings for company events. Key responsibilities include:

1. Participating in technical business process reviews and design sessions.
2. Leading technical implementation meetings and client training.
3. Designing, developing, testing, and deploying solutions such as D365 CE implementations, integrations, data conversions, migrations, Power Pages, Canvas Apps, and Azure solutions.
4. Collaborating with functional consultants and providing end-user support and training.
5. Following best practices, preparing technical documentation, and staying updated on new releases.
6. Assisting with project estimates, demos, and other project tasks.
7. Designing, developing, and maintaining D365 CE IP.

Minimum Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Service.
• Experience with Dataverse, PowerApps, Power Automate, and system integrations.
• Proficiency in C# and JavaScript for custom development.
• Experience with data migration tools like KingswaySoft.
• Experience with Power Pages and remote client communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Insights, Field Service, and integrating D365 with external sources.
• Azure DevOps experience and Power Platform tools familiarity.
• Microsoft Power Platform Developer Certification.
