PayEngine is a VC-funded start-up in the payments space. We offer a payment-facilitation-as-a-service (PFaasS) platform that enables SaaS companies to handle payments internally without the usual complexities or costs. We seek talented individuals to help us expand and grow our business.

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly technical Marketing Specialist to support our marketing strategy and cross-team execution. The role involves developing business line strategies and marketing plans to drive applications and achieve short-term marketing results, with ongoing optimization for performance. The candidate should be capable of jumping into code when needed, with skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python, SQL queries, and creating JavaScript macros for Google Sheets. Responsibilities include creating content on payments topics (blogs, newsletters, articles). The ideal individual is a self-starter passionate about technology, creative, relationship-oriented, and capable of producing measurable, data-driven results. This is a remote position requiring high ownership, motivation, and accountability.

Requirements:
  • Develop, implement, and track marketing programs across email, social media, and digital channels.
  • Assist with lead generation, CRM management, data mining, prospect research, and contact discovery.
  • Target outreach campaigns effectively.
  • Proficient in email marketing and social media management.
  • Experience with SEO/SEM strategies.
  • Manage PR activities.
  • Execute content strategies, including website content, blogs, and newsletters.
  • Manage outreach operations like lead harvesting and contact list building.
  • Manage online ad campaigns on platforms like LinkedIn.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably Marketing.
  • 3+ years of experience in Technical Marketing, ideally in the Payments industry.
  • Proficiency with Google Tag Manager, Segment, Facebook Ads Manager, Reddit Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads Manager, BuzzStream, and ClearScope.
  • Excellent written and communication skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, and project management skills.
