Your Role :

As a strategic and technically proficient HubSpot Consultant, you will play a crucial role in aligning sales, marketing, and customer success operations throughout the customer journey. This position is perfect if you have extensive HubSpot knowledge and can go beyond basic functionality to create, architect, and implement solutions tailored to unique business requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead and manage HubSpot projects from inception to completion, including onboarding, CRM migrations, integrations, and custom development.
  • Translate business objectives into strategic and technically sound HubSpot solutions across Sales, Marketing, and Service Hubs.
  • Design and implement advanced CRM and marketing automation solutions such as workflows, pipelines, lead scoring, and user management.
  • Partner with clients to create strategic roadmaps, optimization plans, and provide expert RevOps guidance.
  • Establish best practices for data governance to ensure CRM integrity and hygiene.
  • Deliver effective training and documentation to empower client teams for sustainable growth.
  • Build advanced reporting, dashboards, and attribution models in HubSpot.
  • Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities within client accounts through process improvement advice.
  • Maintain multiple client relationships and timelines while adhering to a consultative, solution-oriented approach.

What You Need to Succeed :

  • A minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience with HubSpot (Professional or Enterprise), particularly in onboarding and integrations.
  • A strong foundation in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Marketing Operations in a high-growth B2B SaaS context.
  • Proven ability to design, build, and optimize customized HubSpot solutions aligned with business objectives.
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects and effecting change within client teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of CRM architecture and marketing automation, including lead management and pipeline optimization.
  • Confidence in technical configurations such as custom workflows, API integrations, and the HubSpot Operations Hub.
  • A consultative approach that balances strategic thinking with the execution of technical solutions.
  • Experience in data migration along with HubSpot reporting and analytics capabilities.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts for clients.

Preferred Qualifications :

  • HubSpot Certifications in Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Service Hub, or Operations Hub.
  • Previous experience at a HubSpot Partner Agency or similar agency background.
  • Familiarity with tools like Lucidchart, Asana, Slack, Zapier, Loom, Avoma, and Google Workspace.
  • Experience working directly with clients in a dynamic, agency-like environment.

Additional Information :

Salary Range : $80,000 - $95,000 (based on experience and skills)
