What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Configure the ServiceNow platform to achieve customer outcomes based on leading practices
- Participate in customer workshops to assess and design future-state processes
- Provide oversight and unit testing for code developed by partners or customer employees
- Advise customers on leveraging ServiceNow capabilities to enhance their business processes
- Guide customers in completing necessary documentation for technical aspects of solutions

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 8 years of consulting experience within complex, global organizations
- Proven ability to influence and consult in a Customer Service or Field Service environment
- Strong understanding of Customer Service and Field Service systems, including Salesforce, SAP, and Oracle
- Experience in defining and deploying future-state processes and converting business requirements into configuration requirements
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong presentation capabilities
