What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Participate in workshops with customers to assess current processes and establish future-state processes
- Design and deliver ServiceNow solutions with a focus on long-term success and adherence to technical standards
- Provide oversight and unit testing of code developed by partners or customer employees
- Advise customers on leveraging ServiceNow Platform capabilities to enhance business processes
- Guide customers in completing required documentation such as business requirement workbooks

What is Required (Qualifications):
- At least 8 years of consulting experience with complex, global organizations
- Proven experience in defining and deploying future-state Customer Service and/or Field Service processes
- Strong understanding of Customer Service and/or Field Service systems and tools such as Salesforce, SAP, and Oracle
- Demonstrated ability to influence and consult senior leaders in large organizations
- Certification as a ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, Customer Service Management (CSM) Implementor, and Field Service Management (FSM) Implementor

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Agile Development and authoring user stories
- Strong capabilities in project/program management and leadership
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills, with proficiency in tools like Visio, Word, and PowerPoint
- Passion for studying new technologies and pushing existing capabilities
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric attitude
