Job summary

ALUMIL is seeking a Technical Consultant to work with architects, engineers, developers, and façade contractors, ensuring technical accuracy in project specifications and delivering high-quality aluminum solutions tailored to client needs.

The role involves design and analysis using AutoCAD, CRM data entry, on-site support, and ongoing customer relationship management across Georgia market. Strong English and engineering background required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Excellent command of AutoCAD (2D and 3D) and MS Office applications.
• Knowledge of architectural systems and design principles.
• Experience in a structured corporate sales department is an asset.
• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Conduct technical analysis of projects and perform system design using AutoCAD and similar software.
• Carry out static analysis and calculations to determine aluminum profile selections.
• Analyze customer needs and offer customized system solutions; participate in preparation of technical proposals.
• Enter project details into the CRM system and monitor progress digitally.
• Maintain post-purchase customer relationships and ensure ongoing satisfaction.
• Respond to technical support requests from internal and external customers via phone, email, or on-site visits.
• Inform and coordinate with sales for large-scale projects; provide on-site technical support when necessary.
• Ensure that technical documentation, drawings, and details are up-to-date and easily accessible.

What are we looking for?

As a Technical Consultant, you will work closely with architects, consultants, engineers, developers, and façade contractors, while being an integral part of the sales team. You will ensure that project specifications are delivered with technical accuracy and efficiency, and support the development of high-quality aluminium solutions tailored to client needs. Your daily routine includes:

• Conducting technical analysis of projects received from the sales and marketing teams, and perform system design using AutoCAD, Logical and similar software.
• Carring out static analysis and calculations to determine appropriate aluminum profile selections.
• Analyzing customer needs and offer customized system solutions; take part in the preparation of technical proposals.
• Accurately entering project details into the CRM system and monitor project progress digitally.
• Maintaining post-purchase customer relationships and ensure ongoing satisfaction.
• Responding to technical support requests from internal and external customers (dealers, end users, business partners) via phone, email, or on-site visits.
• Informing and coordinating with the sales departments for large-scale projects.
• Providing technical support on-site (construction areas) when necessary and offer practical solutions.
• Ensuring that technical documentation, drawings, and details are up-to-date and easily accessible.
