Uber Technologies Inc. in San Francisco is seeking a Technical Component Specialist (TCS) within Global Fix Experience to own component health end-to-end. You will collaborate with CX, Product, and Engineering to turn AI-assisted signals into product improvements and provide proactive, evidence-based insights.

You’ll manage launches, prevent escalations, and partner with GFX AI to raise investigator efficiency while maintaining deep technical ownership and strong communication with stakeholders.

Formación

• 1+ year of experience in systems analysis, technical troubleshooting, or a related field.
• Intermediate data analysis and processing skills using SQL and spreadsheets with formulas.
• Basic visual and UI design skills to support system enhancement documentation.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent experience.

Responsabilidades

• Launch & change readiness: ensure agent-ready status before go-live.
• Close knowledge gaps and spot recurring patterns to prevent tickets.
• Turn production signals into evidence-backed product insights.
• Work with GFX AI to raise resolution and investigator efficiency.
• Escalate only valid, well-evidenced bugs with clear context.
• Be the technical owner for the component with cross-functional partners.
• Maintain deep knowledge of architecture, dependencies, releases, and failures.
• Use debugging, data, telemetry, and investigation tools to validate hypotheses.
• Distinguish bugs from expected behavior and product gaps.
• Plan readiness checklists, runbooks, and agent training ahead of go-live.
• Assess customer impact and translate signals into actionable insights.
• Apply AI fluency to analyze and validate AI-generated results.
