SGL Carbon seeks a sales/technical commercial coordinator to support engineered process equipment proposals across the Americas. You will review RFQs, coordinate inputs from Sales, Engineering, Manufacturing and Project Management, and assist with costing, pricing and commercial evaluation.

The role involves customer meetings, technical clarifications, contract reviews and maintaining CRM data quality, with potential growth into a customer-facing commercial role.

Qualificações

• 0-3 years of relevant experience; internships and co-op assignments valued.
• Fluent English required; Spanish or German is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Support technical and commercial proposals for engineered process equipment
• Review RFQs, specifications, drawings, datasheets and commercial requirements
• Coordinate inputs from Sales, Engineering, Manufacturing and Project Management; assist with costing, pricing and proposal preparation
• Participate in customer meetings, technical clarifications and proposal reviews
• Support contract review and identification of commercial risks and open points
• Maintain accurate opportunities, customer information and project status in CRM
• Enter orders within SAP and track open invoices and follow up on late payments
• Support Field Service planning and aftermarket sales activities
