Founding CTO / Technical Co-Founder — Full Stack + LLM/NLP AI

OVUE is building the future of emotional intelligence infrastructure.

We’re creating an AI-powered wellness-tech platform that helps people understand themselves and others — through guided reflection, personality insights, emotional intelligence, and self-awareness.

Our product blends psychology, psychometrics, and next-gen AI — built for individuals, institutions, and large-scale impact. Backed by strong founder research and relationships with top-tier investors, OVUE is poised to be a category-defining platform.

We’re looking for a Founding CTO to architect and lead the full development of this platform — not just an MVP. You’ll be the technical force behind a global, privacy-first wellness movement.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the end-to-end development of the OVUE platform

• Architect and build scalable front-end + back-end infrastructure

• Develop and fine-tune our LLM/NLP-based AI agent for journaling and self-assessment

• Create secure, isolated data architecture for individual, institutional, and enterprise users

• Build social and private features: journaling, profiles, compatibility reports, insights dashboard

• Own the entire technical roadmap, tech team growth, and product architecture

• Collaborate closely with the founder on strategic direction, features, and product-market fit

What We’re Looking For

• Senior full-stack engineering experience (React, Next.js, Node.js, Firebase, or scalable alternatives)

• Deep expertise in NLP, LLMs, vector search, embeddings, and frameworks like LangChain, OpenAI, Anthropic, Pinecone, etc.

• Experience building scalable platforms, ideally with social, wellness, or AI layers

• Understanding of data isolation, privacy-first development, and secure infrastructure

• Strong leadership capabilities — able to think, lead, and build as a true co-founder

• Bonus: Familiar with psychometrics, behavioral tools, or emotional wellness platforms
