The Opportunity

We’re searching for a visionary Technical Co-Founder to lead our technical journey, from defining the vision and building the MVP to architecting the core platform and future team. As a hands-on partner to our Founder (neuroscience/biotech, NIH & Founder Institute), you’ll co-create a category-defining product, drive fundraising, and shape our technical strategy. With significant equity and a competitive salary upon funding, you’ll help make “spaces that fit people” the new standard, impacting lives at scale.

What You’ll Do

• Define the technical vision and roadmap, with privacy and security at the core.
• Build and ship the MVP, integrating inputs like air, light, temperature, and noise for real-time adaptation.
• Innovate with emerging technologies (IoT, edge processing, privacy-first systems) to stay ahead.
• Partner in fundraising and investor meetings, owning the technical narrative.
• Recruit and lead an engineering team as we grow.
• Oversee pilots and early deployments, using feedback to refine and evolve the product for market fit.

Who You Are

• An experienced technologist with 5+ years of hands-on software engineering experience, ideally in IoT, automation, or privacy/security systems.
• Skilled at building scalable platforms and integrating hardware/software (Python, Node, Go, or similar).
• Track record of designing privacy-first, secure systems that earn user trust.
• Entrepreneurial thinker: adaptable, resourceful, and energized by ambiguity.
• Strong communicator and partner, ready to collaborate closely with a non-technical founder.
• Motivated by a mission to improve well-being through real-world technology.
