Pay Rate: $33,000-$35,590/per year. Pay will be determined based on related work experience above required. To be considered in determining pay, all related work experience must be listed on the application.
Required Documents Needed to Upload at Time of Application: Resume, transcripts and three professional references.
Reference check requirements: Three (3) professional references, two (2) of which should be former or current supervisors and (1) professional reference.
Personal references (friends, clergy, customers, relatives) are not considered acceptable references.
A professional reference such as a previous or current co-worker may be used as one of the references.
The overall purpose of this job is to provide assistance with the enrollment process for incoming and returning students and their families, and to process all admissions documentation. Technical clerks also determine when a student is ready to register for classes and if the student is admissible to the College.
Part-time work experience is calculated at 50% credit of full-time work experience.

Work is primarily performed at a desk using a computer, telephone, and standard office equipment and requires regular communication with students, faculty, and staff through effective means of communication. The position involves reviewing, interpreting, and processing electronic and paper records, including transcripts and immunization records. Work is performed in a climate-controlled indoor office environment with bright overhead lighting and exposure to dust.
