Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a Technical Capability Leader to elevate and standardize technical excellence across the beverage manufacturing network. The role builds deep equipment expertise, drives knowledge sharing, and deploys "One Best Way" solutions for blow molding, processing, filling, labeling, capping, and seaming operations.

The position focuses on developing asset reliability, accelerating performance, and strengthening SME communities while collaborating with Operations, Engineering, Quality

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in manufacturing or operations.
• Lean Six Sigma experience preferred, including involvement in a completed improvement project.
• Willingness to travel up to 5% and work off-shifts and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Own location and Pod skill development for new maintenance hires and upskilling existing talent.
• Develop and deploy structured technical training programs for equipment SMEs.
• Build deep expertise across core beverage manufacturing assets (Blow molders, Labelers, Fillers, Cappers, Seaming, Conveyance).
• Establish standardized competency frameworks and technical certification pathways.
• Strengthen troubleshooting capability, RCA and precision maintenance practices.
• Partner with reliability and Line Structure teams to reduce losses and improve uptime.
• Drive standardization of maintenance procedures, job plans, and documentation.
• Lead horizontal deployment of est Way solutions across the network.
• Create and maintain a centralized technical knowledge repository.
• Facilitate cross-site SME sessions and scale improvements.
