Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. is seeking a Capability Coordinator to lead onboarding and training programs across our manufacturing and warehouse teams in Florida.

The role drives the integration of IWS principles, training systems, and continuous improvement to elevate safety, capability, and performance on the plant floor. The position focuses on delivering standardized onboarding, developing on-the-floor training strategies, and maintaining current training materials to ensure alignment with performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; High School Diploma required.
• 2+ years of manufacturing or operations experience.
• Experience with RTT/IWS, TPM, and/or OPEX.
• Lean Six Sigma experience preferred, ideally via a completed improvement project.
• US work authorization required.
• Willingness to work off-shifts and weekends; travel <5%.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead onboarding for manufacturing and warehouse team members across all lines and shifts.
• Design, standardize, and continuously improve onboarding programs.
• Facilitate new hire orientation, classroom training, tours, and on-the-job readiness.
• Develop on-the-floor training strategies for new hires and upskilling.
• Develop, maintain, and track training materials (SOPs, JHAs, JSTs, OPLs).
• Coordinate and schedule training sessions, certifications, and continued education.
• Maintain centralized training documentation and ensure materials are current.
