Jabil, a leading engineering, manufacturing and supply chain partner, seeks a Technical Business Unit Manager for NyproMold to connect customer technical teams with internal engineering excellence and drive growth. You will oversee complex injection mold programs, shape technology roadmaps, and ensure successful execution from concept through production across multiple programs.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required; Engineering degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in injection mold design, mold manufacturing, engineering, or related fields.
• Deep expertise in plastic injection mold design, DFM, moldability, GD&T, molding processes, and mold manufacturing.
• Strong customer-facing leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with Creo, SolidWorks, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally.

• Lead technical discussions, DFM reviews, mold concepts, and design reviews for complex injection molding programs.
• Partner with internal engineering, program management, manufacturing, quality, and operations teams to deliver world-class solutions.
• Support RFQs, quotations, lead technical proposals, and new business opportunities.
• Manage upfront technical, quality, and commercial risks across multiple customer programs.
• Support troubleshooting mold design/build, sampling, and production challenges to ensure successful launches.
• Drive customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and profitable growth.

NyproMold is seeking a Technical Business Unit Manager to serve as the key link between our customers technical teams and internal Engineering teams, driving both technical excellence and business growth. In this strategic role, you'll lead complex injection mold manufacturing programs, support new business opportunities, and help shape customer technology roadmaps while ensuring successful execution from concept through production.

What You'll Do

• Proficiency with Creo (Pro-E), SolidWorks, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally.

Compensation & Benefits

The pay range for this role is $127,100 - $228,700. Job-related, non-discriminatory factors used to determine the actual offered rate include qualifications and experience, geographic location, education, external market data, and consideration of internal equity.
