Job summary

Jabil NyproMold is seeking a Technical Business Unit Manager to lead complex injection mold programs and bridge customer teams with internal engineering. This strategic role focuses on technical excellence, design reviews, and driving business growth from concept to production.

You will guide RFQs, manage technical and commercial risks, and partner across engineering, program management, and operations to deliver world-class solutions. Travel up to 25% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Engineering degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in injection mold design, mold manufacturing, engineering, product development, or related fields.
• Deep expertise in plastic injection mold design, DFM, moldability, GD&T, molding processes, and mold manufacturing.
• Strong customer-facing leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
• Commercial acumen with experience supporting quotes, budgets, and business growth initiatives.
• Proficiency with Creo, SolidWorks, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally.

The pay range for this role is $127,100 - $228,700. Job-related, non-discriminatory factors used to determine the actual offered rate include qualifications and experience, geographic location, education, external market data, and consideration of internal equity.
