Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and technical requirements with stakeholders and development teams.
• Translate requirements into test plans, cases, acceptance criteria, and testing docs.
• Establish requirements traceability to align test cases with business needs.
• Coordinate and facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) with business users.
• Use SQL for data validation, reconciliation, and troubleshooting across enterprise apps.
• Develop and execute functional, integration, regression, and data validation testing.
• Identify and track defects through resolution.
• Support ERP implementations, integrations, and data migrations.
