Responsibilities

• Develop detailed test plans and test data, conduct testing and analyze QA metrics.
• Review system changes, identify impacts on standard systems and reference files, and support large projects.
• Document workflows, user guides and procedures for operational systems.
• Use mainframe-related tools and DB2 for reporting and data analysis.
• Train user groups on changes and guide junior analysts in testing activities.
• Prepare reports and communicate results to stakeholders.
