Job summary

CACI is seeking a highly motivated Technical Business & Project Analyst with an active TS/SCI clearance to support a high-profile DoD/IC program. You will coordinate engineering and business aspects, translating mission requirements into detailed specifications to ensure projects meet schedule, budget, and quality targets.

This role requires 100% onsite support at a secure facility with approximately 10% local travel.

Qualifications

Active TS/SCI clearance required.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related technical discipline.
Minimum 5 years of DoD/IC business analysis, requirements management, or systems integration.
Current CompTIA Security+ CE certification preferred.
Proven cross-functional leadership and effective communication with government customers.

Responsibilities

Coordinate engineering and technical project lifecycles from initiation to deployment.
Develop and maintain integrated project plans across multiple functions.
Serve as liaison between engineering teams and project leadership.
Monitor designs and deployments to ensure compliance with requirements.
Document As-Is and To-Be processes to improve efficiency.
