Job summary

CACI is seeking a part-time IT Project Support to deliver technical assistance to internal IT teams, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to documentation and operations for our ongoing projects. Candidates should hold TS/SCI with Polygraph and have extensive experience across software development, business analysis, and database administration, with Oracle 19c and Oracle 26ai; PMP is a plus.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph.
• Minimum 10 years of IT experience in Software Development, including AngularJS, Kendo, C#, .NET, Oracle.
• Minimum 10 years of IT experience in Business Systems Analysis, including requirements formulation, Tier 1/2 support, system testing and integration.
• Minimum 10 years of IT experience in Database Administration, including Oracle 19c and Oracle 26ai.
• PMP certification is desired.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to internal IT teams.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for end users.
• Produce clear and concise technical documentation such as requirements and statements of work.
• Support application development efforts.
