Triunity Software, Inc. is seeking a sharp Technical Business Analyst to join our New Jersey team.

You’ll sit at the intersection of technology and business, translating complex requirements into actionable solutions that drive real impact in a fast-paced software environment. You will gather, analyze and document requirements, translate them into functional specs and user stories, facilitate workshops, and collaborate across the SDLC with developers, QA, and project managers to ensure

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a software or technology environment.
• Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies including Agile and Scrum.
• Proficiency in requirements management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar.
• Experience with SQL, data analysis, and working with technical teams on integrations or APIs.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to create clear documentation including BRDs, FRDs, and process diagrams.

Responsibilities
