Job summary

Atos North America is seeking an experienced IAM SailPoint Administrator to support and manage identity governance platforms, primarily SailPoint ISC and NERM. You will handle lifecycle, access governance, and provisioning workflows in a regulated environment.

The ideal candidate brings 3–5+ years in IAM/IGA, strong SailPoint expertise, and hands-on AD/Entra ID experience. This is an onsite role in Chicago with opportunities to impact enterprise security and compliance.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of IAM/IGA experience.
• Hands-on SailPoint ISC and NERM experience.
• Experience with Active Directory, Entra ID, LDAP, SCIM, SSO and MFA.
• Strong knowledge of RBAC/ABAC, SoD and IAM governance.

Responsibilities

IAM SailPoint Administrator

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced IAM SailPoint Administrator to support and manage Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) platforms, primarily SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) and Non-Employee Risk Management (NERM). This role will be responsible for identity lifecycle management, access governance, provisioning workflows, certification campaigns, entitlement administration, and directory services support.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with SailPoint administration, identity governance, Active Directory, Entra ID, access certifications, and IAM best practices in a regulated environment.

Required Qualifications

Experience

• 3-5+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM) or Identity Governance & Administration (IGA).
• Hands-on experience with:
  • SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC)
  • SailPoint Non-Employee Risk Management (NERM)
  • Identity lifecycle management (Joiner, Mover, Leaver processes)
  • Access governance, role management, and certification campaigns
• Experience administering:
  • Active Directory
  • Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
  • LDAP
  • SCIM
  • SSO and MFA solutions
• Strong knowledge of:
  • RBAC and ABAC models
  • Segregation of Duties (SoD)

• Perform entitlement discovery and schema reviews.
• Define access roles and governance policies alongside application owners.
• Support testing and validation for:

Preferred Qualifications

• SailPoint Identity Security Administrator Certification.
