TekSynap seeks a Business Analyst, Technical - Mid to join the DIA CIO Infrastructure Services program in Colorado. The role supports secure enterprise infrastructure engineering, operations, and technology refresh across classified environments, coordinating with government leads, program leadership, and technical teams.

The position emphasizes mission-focused delivery in government-hour support, with a requirement for active security clearance and DoD compliance.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship and an active TS/SCI clearance required; polygraph will be required.
• Bachelor's degree in a field applicable to the position with 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Alternative combinations: HS/GED plus 8 years; associate plus 6; bachelor plus 4; master plus 2; PhD plus 0.
• Mid-level business analyst/technical responsibilities in classified or mission-critical IT environments.
• Strong written and oral communication; ability to work independently or in a team.
• No legacy DoD 8570 baseline certification identified; if privileged access, satisfy DoD 8140.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and develop system scope and objectives aligned with the business plan.
• Study functional requirements to determine operational objectives and formats.
• Analyze processes to design new/modified information processing systems.
• Provide technical guidance on systems applications within projects.
• Lead upgrades, data migrations, configurations, and troubleshooting as needed.
• Coordinate activities with government leads, management, engineering, and mission partners.
• Maintain documentation, identify risks, issues, dependencies, and corrective actions.
