• Ability to prepare and deliver concise, professional briefings to senior leadership.
• Solid understanding of IT systems, networks, and operational environments.
• Strong technical communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Resourceful problem solver with strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment with a strong work ethic.

Job description

Delaware Nation Investments/Emerging Technologies (DNI/ET) is seeking a highly qualified and motivated Business Analyst to join our team supporting the Air Force. This position provides Advisory & Assistance Services for cybersecurity, network operations, and system administration supporting Information Technology (IT) and Operational Technology (OT) systems within the Industrial Depot Maintenance (IDM) and Depot Support Services (DSS) Authorizing Official (AO) boundary. The Business Analyst will support enterprise IT operations, contract execution, requirements management, and organizational change initiatives while serving as a key liaison between technical teams, program leadership, and stakeholders. This role requires a strong combination of analytical expertise, technical understanding, communication skills, and program management discipline.

Requirements

• Active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or obtained within (30) days of hire
• Active secret clearance or the ability to obtain an interim-secret clearance
• Ability to work on-site full-time at Tinker AFB, OK
• Demonstrated experience supporting government or large-scale technical contracts
• Experience creating and maintaining Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and Integrated Master Schedules (IMS)
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 applications including Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
• Ability to prepare and deliver concise, professional briefings to senior leadership
• Solid understanding of IT systems, networks, and operational environments
• Strong technical communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
• Resourceful problem solver with strong analytical and organizational skills

Preferred Requirements

• Experience with ServiceNow, including workflows, CMDB management, incident ticketing, dashboarding, and hardware/software tracking
• Prior experience supporting Air Force, Department of Defense (DoD), or Department of the Air Force programs
• Experience with process mapping, workflow optimization, and requirements analysis
• Experience supporting organizational change management initiatives
• Familiarity with RMF compliance, cybersecurity operations, or enterprise IT support environments
• Experience supporting OT and network operations environments is a plus
