Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required (programming or computer science fields preferred).
• 2-3 years of software related technical analysis experience.
• 2-3 years of data analysis, mapping and transformation experience.
• 2-3 years of web-based application analysis (B2B/B2C).
• 2-3 years in regulated industries (financial services or healthcare preferred).
• Solid understanding of document management and business document correspondence.
• Ability to work with Implementation, QA, Sales, Operations, and IS teams.
• Solid database, SQL and XML knowledge.
• Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Translate client business requirements to technical documentation for Software Engineers.
• Gathers job specs and business rules via direct client interfacing for implementation.
• Manage overall technical analysis for new client application setups.
• Perform data analysis; map data, templates and SOW requirements.
• Document customizations and create preliminary mock-ups for development.
• Train internal departments on new product offerings.
• Present product offerings and options to staff and clients in detail.
• Document and maintain implementation resources and client questionnaires.
