BDIPlus is seeking a Technical Business Analyst who thrives at the intersection of business and technology, bridging stakeholders and engineering teams in New York.

You will gather requirements, document functional specs, translate business needs into technical tasks, and support delivery across the software development lifecycle.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of BA/TA experience, strong SQL skills (MySQL / PostgreSQL), experience with XML data, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Business Analysis or Technical Analysis experience.
• Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience communicating complex technical concepts to business stakeholders.

• Collaborate with developers, architects, QA, and product owners throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Analyze APIs, data structures, and system integrations to support solution design.
• Work with XML and structured data exchanges to support system integrations.
