Good Day Farm is seeking a Technical Business Analyst to scale how we deliver and support internal automations and workflow improvements across the business. This role sits between stakeholders and technical delivery—translating business needs into clear requirements and durable documentation—while also supporting day-to-day questions and troubleshooting related to existing solutions.

Qualifications

• Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements.
• Create and maintain documentation artifacts (BRDs, SOPs, guides).
• Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to validate solutions.

Responsibilities

• Attend stakeholder meetings and document workflows, goals, constraints, and edge cases.
• Produce clear artifacts such as requirements docs, BRDs, process maps, SOPs, training guides.
• Translate needs into actionable work items (tasks/bugs/stories) with context and next steps.
• Maintain documentation standards and templates in Confluence.
• Support day-to-day questions related to automations and internal tools.
• Coordinate with QA and stakeholders for larger initiatives when testing is required.
