Job summary

Knak Digital is seeking a Technical Business Analyst to bridge the gap between Product Owner, business stakeholders, and the development team. The role focuses on clarifying requirements so developers can build with confidence.

You'll run workshops, write user stories with acceptance criteria, and create developer-ready tasks. Collaboration with QA and backlog grooming are key parts of the job.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Analyst on software development projects.
• Strong grasp of Agile (Scrum, Kanban).
• Comfortable writing user stories and testable acceptance criteria.
• Hands-on with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar backlog tools.
• Can build user flows or process diagrams in Figma, Lucidchart, or Miro.
• Working knowledge of web application architecture; LAMP familiarity is a plus.
• Sharp attention to detail; catch gaps before they become dev problems.

This is a support role, not a Product Owner seat, the goal is to remove ambiguity so developers spend their time building instead of chasing down what a ticket actually means.
