Key Responsibilities:

• Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and document functional and technical requirements for various projects.
• Process Analysis: Analyze current business processes and workflows, identifying areas for improvement and automation.
• Technical Documentation: Create detailed technical documentation, including user stories, process flows, data models, and system requirements.
• Collaboration: Work closely with developers, architects, and QA teams to ensure alignment between business objectives and technical solutions.
• Solution Design: Assist in the design of technical solutions that meet business needs, providing input on system capabilities, constraints, and integration points.
• Testing & Validation: Participate in system testing, ensuring that the developed solutions meet the documented requirements and perform as expected.
• Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and understanding throughout the project lifecycle.
• Project Support: Provide ongoing support during project implementation, addressing any issues or concerns that arise, and ensuring timely delivery.

Qualifications:

• Business Analysis: 3-5 years of experience as a business analyst in a technical environment, with a proven ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Technical Understanding: Strong knowledge of software development processes, system architectures, databases, and APIs.
