Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience in agile methodologies, preferably in the banking sector.
• Knowledge of REST/JSON web services, batch processes, publish/subscribe, and APIs.
• Experience in enterprise application integration, middleware technologies, data migrations, and backend interfaces.
• Proven track record in collaborative environments that yield tangible business outcomes.
• Practical experience in application development, architecture, and software maintenance.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective engagement across all levels of the organization.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills for leading, collaborating, and negotiating.
• Ability to think creatively and mitigate risks in problem-solving, rather than resorting to standard processes.
• In-depth understanding of application development technologies and complete software development lifecycles.
• Experience in large-scale IT organizations with intricate environments and infrastructures.
• Strong organizational capabilities and experience in project or program management.
