Talentify is seeking a Technical Business Analyst in Alpharetta, GA to bridge business and technology teams. You will gather requirements, document data flows, and translate needs into actionable specs for product, development, QA, and operations.

You will guide user stories, acceptance criteria, and process diagrams to enable efficient delivery. We value deep domain knowledge, SQL/data analysis, strong communication, and experience with enterprise clients or financial services.

Pay range: $80-85/hr
The Technical Business Analyst serves as the bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams. This role is responsible for understanding business objectives, analyzing processes and data flows, defining requirements, evaluating technology solutions, and ensuring successful delivery of business capabilities. The Technical BA partners with Product Managers, Developers, Quality Engineering, Operations, and business stakeholders to translate business needs into implementable solutions while maintaining focus on efficiency, scalability, risk management, and user experience. The role requires a combination of domain knowledge, analytical thinking, technical understanding, and strong communication skills.
Analyze complex business processes and workflows.
Gather, document, and manage business and functional requirements.
Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications and data/process flows.
Partner with Product, Development, QA, Operations, and business stakeholders throughout delivery.
Create user stories, acceptance criteria, workflow diagrams, and business process documentation.
Perform impact analysis across systems, applications, interfaces, and data sources.
Support testing, story verification, and solution validation.
Drive efficiency through AI-enabled requirements gathering SDD/CDD, refinement, and analysis.
