Job summary

Lancesoft is seeking a Technical Business Analyst to bridge business stakeholders with technology teams in Alpharetta, GA. Pay range: $80-85/hr The Technical Business Analyst serves as the bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams. This role is responsible for understanding business objectives, analyzing processes and data flows, defining requirements, evaluating technology solutions, and ensuring successful delivery of business capabilities. The Technical BA partners with Product Managers, Developers, Quality Engineering, Operations, and business stakeholders to translate business needs into implementable solutions while maintaining focus on efficiency, scalability, risk management, and user experience. The role requires a combination of domain knowledge, analytical thinking, technical understanding, and strong communication skills.
