Location: Hybrid (NYC)

The Pitch: A Technical BA to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, responsible for defining and managing all project requirements.

Core Responsibilities:

• Lead workshops to elicit detailed requirements for the data center and NOC.
• Author and manage the Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM).
• Translate requirements into testable acceptance criteria for the QA team.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 7+ years as a Technical Business Analyst.
• Must have experience on IT infrastructure projects (data center, network, or cloud), not solely software projects.
