Our client, a global leader in financial technology and payment solutions, is seeking a Technical Business Analyst to join their team.

As a Technical Business Analyst, you will be part of the Enterprise Implementation Department supporting the Merchant Onboarding and Platform Configuration teams.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication, analytical thinking, and attention to detail, which will align successfully in the organization.

Remote (Texas-based preferred – Houston, Austin, or Dallas)

What’s the Job?

• Lead requirements gathering and configuration for merchant onboarding.
• Configure cloud-based payment platforms tailored to client needs.
• Conduct platform training sessions and walkthroughs with clients.
• Manage data preparation, system uploads, and user access setup.
• Perform unit testing and support UAT for configured systems.

• 5+ years of experience in a Technical Business Analyst or Implementation role.
• Hands-on experience with SaaS platforms or payment systems.
• Strong Excel skills for data file preparation and validation.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into technical specifications.
