We believe in human-centered, authentic approaches to crafting solutions that create measurable value for our clients and the communities they serve. As a Senior Technical Business Analyst, you will play a foundational role in shaping project success—ensuring that technical teams build the right things, the right way.
The Role
As a Senior Technical Business Analyst, you will lead the translation of complex business needs into actionable, testable, and technically feasible user stories. You will partner closely with stakeholders, delivery managers, and development teams to guide a project from discovery through to successful deployment. The ideal candidate has demonstrable experience driving end-to-end software delivery, with active contributions to managing project outcomes.
This is not an entry-level role. You must have played a key role in the successful delivery of at least one full software project, with strong ownership of outcomes and cross-functional collaboration.

- Facilitate Agile Ceremonies: Lead or support sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Delivery Management: Actively support or lead project delivery—tracking progress, resolving roadblocks, ensuring milestones are met, and collaborating across roles to deliver business value on time.
- Backlog Ownership: Prioritize and refine product backlogs in partnership with Product Owners and Scrum Masters.
- Research & Documentation: Conduct product, user, or market research and translate insights into actionable requirements.
- Support Testing Activities: Participate in application and user acceptance testing, ensuring requirements traceability and alignment with business objectives.
