Qualifications

• 3+ years of BA experience in a software/tech environment.
• Solid understanding of SDLC methodologies including Agile and Scrum.
• Experience with SQL, APIs, or data analysis is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and analyze business and technical requirements from stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and product teams throughout the SDLC.
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and sprint planning sessions to align business and technical teams.
• Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for process improvement and system optimization.
• Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and validate that solutions meet defined requirements.
• Maintain clear and organized project documentation, including BRDs, FRDs, and data mapping.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field
