Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a software or tech environment.
• Proficiency in requirements gathering, process modeling, and documentation.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
• Strong analytical and communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field preferred.
