Job summary

IntePros is seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst to support a high-visibility financial services product initiative. You will bridge business stakeholders and technology teams, translating complex needs into clear, actionable requirements throughout the delivery lifecycle in New York.

This role involves leading discovery sessions, writing user stories and acceptance criteria, analyzing APIs and data flows, and supporting UAT and security reviews in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst or Business Analyst.
• Proven ability to serve as a liaison between business and technology teams.
• Experience supporting the development and delivery of new products or applications.
• Strong background in requirements gathering, documentation, process modeling, and UAT.
• Technical understanding of system integrations, data flows, APIs/interfaces.
• Experience with Jira and Visio and/or Miro.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple competing priorities.
• Financial services experience is preferred but not required.
• Experience using AI tools to support communication or productivity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders, Product Owners, engineers, and QA teams to gather, analyze, and translate business needs into technical requirements.

• Use Jira, Visio, and Miro to manage requirements and document workflows and processes.
• Manage requirements throughout the project lifecycle, including traceability, change impact analysis, issue resolution, and documentation.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by developing test scenarios, reviewing results, triaging defects, and validating delivered functionality.
• Participate in cybersecurity-related reviews, including considerations around multi-factor authentication (MFA).
• Independently manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
