Job summary

You will develop and execute TA training, review materials, manage risk and configuration boards, and draft curricula aligned with engineering policies. A DoW Secret clearance is required, along with a relevant degree and significant experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience.
• Associate degree with relevant experience.
• High school diploma with relevant experience.
• Advanced MS Office skillset (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, Excel).
• Ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment.

• Excellent written and oral communication.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to travel 10%.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and execution support to assist the DRPM CHENG organization in developing and executing Technical Authority (TA) Training.
• Provide subject matter expertise for planning and development of Enterprise Risk and Configuration Management Boards.
• Support planning and development of DRPM CHENG training efforts.
• Review instructional materials for consistency with instructions, policies, and feedback; draft curricula updates.
• Assist in developing transition plans, timelines, and implementing TA training updates.
• Propose TSUB implementation of directives and develop tools/reports to support risk-informed decision-making.
