Responsibilities

• Represents staff before Administrative Law Judges at the ICC on docketed matters.
• Reviews legislation, analyzes proposed legislation, and advises on legislative initiatives.
• Represents the ICC before the courts on matters resulting from Commission action or other matters affecting the ICC.
• Performs other duties as required within the scope of duties enumerated above.
• Researches and provides legal analysis and advice on matters before the ICC and issues arising during the course of the day.
