The role involves conducting compliance investigations, researching legal issues, reviewing legislation, and advising on regulatory matters affecting electric, natural gas, telephone, water, and sewer utilities in Illinois.
- Law degree required
- License in good standing to practice law in the State of Illinois required
- Knowledge of personal computer software including Microsoft Access, Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Superior oral and written English communication skills
- Ability to conduct legal investigations and provide complex legal analysis
