FLSA Status: Full time Non-Exempt

Summary:

• Assemble, package, and label materials according to drawings and specifications for shipping.
• Starting hourly rate: $19.50 per hour
• Work hours: 7AM to 3PM, with a 30-minute paid lunch

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assemble components using hand and power tools.
• Inspect components and assemblies for conformity.
• Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements.
• Report to work on time and be prepared for each shift.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area.
• Package products to ensure safe delivery.
• Return tools and equipment after shifts.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse is helpful but not required.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred; ability to read drawings and work instructions.
• Ability to assemble products per specifications.
• Use of torque wrench, calipers, and measuring tools.
• Automotive experience and computer skills are a plus but not required.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Ability to use Manufacturing System for tracking and research.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.
• Mechanically inclined with tool proficiency.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and overtime as needed.
• Ability to obtain forklift and overhead crane certifications.

Physical Demands:

• Regular talking, hearing, standing, lifting up to 50 pounds, walking, and working with hands.

Work Environment:

• Production floor with possible exposure to extreme temperatures, fumes, and noise.
