We are inviting you to apply for the Sealant / Caulking Installer Tech position. I n this role, you will be responsible f or applying sealant materials to joints, seams, and gaps in various building structures, both interior and exterior, to ensure watertight and airtight seals, often using specialized tools like caulking guns to achieve a neat and precise finish.

Preferred Education and Experience

• High school diploma preferred but not required.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in sealant/caulking installation, construction, and/or related field in maintenance

Required Skills

• Knowledge and familiarity with a wide range of sealants and fillers.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
• Aptitude in using appropriate tools (brushes, caulking guns, etc.)
• Good basic math skills
• Manual dexterity with excellent balance to work on scaffolding, ladders, etc.

Work Environment

This job operates in an active and loud environment. Frequent changes in environment temperature (indoor, outdoor) and humidity.
