Tata Consultancy Services Limited in New York is seeking a Martech Architect to lead end-to-end DX/Martech solution design and GTM storytelling for the East region. You will drive AI-enabled patterns and ensure architecture credibility with clients.

This role requires a Bachelor’s Degree and Salesforce expertise, with the ability to partner across CoEs and delivery teams to translate platform capabilities into scalable, reusable accelerators for proposals.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience with Salesforce/SFDC in large-scale Martech initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Drive growth for DX/Martech services by partnering with the TCS ecosystem and platform partners.
• Architect and scale Martech solution delivery with defined technical standards.
• Own Adobe and Martech GTM motions; translate platform capabilities into demand-generating narratives.
• Lead AI-enabled architecture patterns for composable Martech and AI-native personalization.
• Build client-facing architecture credibility and act as the technical voice in advocacy.
• Collaborate with CoEs and delivery to ensure architecture decisions hold through implementation.
• Own end-to-end Martech reference architecture for East region engagements.
• Lead technical solutioning and architecture reviews for RFPs/proposals.
• Create reusable architecture accelerators for pre-sales effectiveness.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Drive growth for DX/Martech services by partnering with the TCS ecosystem, Adobe/Salesforce/other platform partners, and regional alliances
• Architect and scale Martech solution delivery for the region - own technical design standards, not just team management
• Own Adobe (and broader Martech stack) GTM motion - translate platform capabilities into demand-generating solution narratives
• Drive AI-led architecture patterns (composable Martech, agentic workflows, AI-native personalization) into solution designs
• Build and defend client-facing architecture credibility - be the technical voice in advocacy, not just relationship owner
• Partner with CoEs and delivery to ensure architecture decisions hold up through implementation, not just at proposal stage
• Own end-to-end Martech reference architecture (CDP, DXP, CMS, personalization, analytics stack integration points) for East region engagements
• Lead technical solutioning and architecture review for RFPs/proposals
• Build POVs and reusable architecture accelerators that can be repurposed across pursuits - a force multiplier for pre-sales, not one-off work
• Act as technical escalation point between delivery teams and client architecture/IT stakeholders
