Job Description
The ideal candidate will combine deep technology expertise with strong business consulting capabilities to identify transformation opportunities, develop strategic roadmaps, build compelling business cases, and deliver measurable business outcomes that improve operational efficiency, user experience, and overall business value.
- Define, develop, and execute the enterprise transformation roadmap aligned with strategic business goals and technology vision.
- Identify opportunities for digital transformation, process simplification, operational excellence, automation, and cost optimization.
- Establish short-term and long-term transformation initiatives with clearly defined success metrics and business outcomes.
- Create and maintain enterprise architecture blueprints, target-state architectures, and transformation frameworks.
- Develop transformation business cases, ROI models, investment strategies, and executive-level presentations.
Enterprise Architecture & Technology Strategy
- Drive architecture governance and ensure alignment between business objectives and technology investments.
- Define future-state architecture across Infrastructure, Cloud, Security, Digital Workplace, Data, and Service Management domains.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions to improve operational effectiveness and business agility.
- Provide strategic guidance on cloud adoption, infrastructure modernization, and digital workplace initiatives.
- Lead cross-functional transformation programs from strategy through execution.
- Establish transformation governance models, operating frameworks, and performance measurement mechanisms.
- Partner with delivery teams to ensure successful implementation of transformation initiatives.
- Manage transformation risks, dependencies, and change impacts across business and IT functions.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives leveraging industry best practices and standards.
Executive Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the primary advisor to senior leadership and executive stakeholders on transformation initiatives.
- Facilitate strategic discussions, workshops, and executive reviews.
- Communicate business value, transformation progress, risks, and outcomes to leadership teams.
- Build strong relationships across business and IT organizations to drive alignment and adoption.
- Lead operating model transformation initiatives to improve service delivery effectiveness and organizational efficiency.
- Drive Service Management Transformation utilizing ITIL and industry best practices.
- Identify opportunities for business process re-engineering and workflow optimization.
- Promote automation-first and AI-driven service delivery capabilities.
- Champion adoption of Cloud, AI/GenAI, Automation, Analytics, and Digital Workplace technologies.
- Identify opportunities to leverage platforms such as ServiceNow and Microsoft Power Platform.
- Establish KPIs and dashboards to measure transformation success and business outcomes.
- Drive a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
Required Experience
- 20+ years of overall IT industry experience.
- Minimum 5+ years leading enterprise-wide transformation programs.
- Long-term domain expertise in Automotive industry required.
- Proven experience working with global manufacturing organizations.

- Demonstrated success in managing executive stakeholders and C-level engagements.

- Proven track record of delivering measurable business outcomes through transformation initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.
- Master's degree (MBA or Technology-related field) preferred.
- TOGAF Certification preferred.
- ITIL Foundation/Managing Professional certification preferred.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt preferred.
- Cloud certifications (Microsoft Azure, AWS) preferred.
Pay and Benefits
Pay Range Minimum: $118,000 to year
Pay Range Maximum: $182,000 to year

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
