Staffmark Group in Riverside, CA is hiring a Technical Applications Engineer for a direct-hire, 1st shift position. You will provide technical engineering support for industrial fluid-control products and customer applications, while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, 3+ years in related fields, knowledge of fluid dynamics, and proficiency with Autodesk CAD tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field required.
• Master's degree in Engineering preferred.
• Knowledge of fluid dynamics, pressure systems, pumps, and industrial applications.
• OSHA and related safety training certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical engineering support for industrial fluid-control products and customer applications.
• Evaluate system requirements and recommend equipment configurations and solutions.
• Troubleshoot installation, operation, and performance issues for customers and field personnel.
• Conduct technical training, product demonstrations, and on-site customer support.
• Create engineering reports, calculations, specifications, and drawings.
• Utilize Autodesk and engineering software to maintain drawings and design records.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing, Quality, and Customer Service teams.
• Support product improvements, new development, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain project records, CRM documentation, and ISO/compliance requirements.
