Job summary

Staffmark seeks a Technical Applications Engineer in Riverside, CA to provide expert technical support for industrial fluid-control products and customer applications. You will evaluate system requirements, recommend equipment configurations, and troubleshoot performance issues on site with customers and field personnel.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Master’s preferred), 3+ years in related roles, and strong communication and project-management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field required.
• Master’s Degree in Engineering preferred.
• Knowledge of fluid dynamics, pressure systems, pumps, fluid-control equipment, and industrial applications.
• OSHA and industry safety training certifications are a plus.
• 3+ years in Applications/Field/Product Engineering or related role.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical engineering support for industrial fluid-control products, pumps, pressure systems, and customer applications.
• Evaluate system requirements and recommend equipment configurations and solutions.
• Troubleshoot installation, operational, and performance issues for customers and field personnel.
• Conduct technical training, product demonstrations, and customer-site support.
• Create engineering reports, calculations, specifications, and drawings.
