The Opportunity

• This is a remote position.
• Candidates must reside in Minneapolis, MN, Omaha, NE, Ohio, or nearby major airports.
• Must be able to travel up to 90-100%.

What You’ll Work On

Support Abbott’s Diagnostic Division (ADD) customers and field personnel with high-complexity instrument integration, troubleshooting, training, and documentation. Lead multi-site integrations, manage customer expectations, and ensure compliance with regulatory and validation requirements.

• Perform troubleshooting to improve customer self-sufficiency.
• Provide technical support via phone and onsite, document complaints, and communicate product issues.
• Deliver customized training and develop technical competence.
• Manage time and accounts effectively, participate in sales and service support, and contribute to process improvements.
• Act as SME for complex processes, influence stakeholders, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, electronics, or Medical Technology.
• Two years of experience in a laboratory environment, field service, or related roles.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Medical Technology.
• Four years of relevant experience.
