You will design Java Spring Boot and Python data pipelines, review code, drive release readiness, and mentor peers in AI-assisted development within an AI-enabled software lifecycle, with the goal of delivering high-quality data to payers and providers.

Qualifikationen

• BS in CS/Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Exposure to AI-assisted development workflows.

Aufgaben

• Act as the squad's technical anchor, owning design direction and safeguarding quality, security, and performance across its applications, services, and data pipelines.
• Design/Build and maintain Java Spring Boot apps, React UI apps and Python-based data-processing and delivery pipelines, ensuring accurate, reliable data delivery to downstream clients.
• Lead code reviews and uphold coding best practices; complete complex feature development and bug fixes.
• Drive backlog refinement, technical estimation, and sprint/release readiness in an Agile environment.
• Serve as the primary technical liaison for cross-team dependencies, integrations, and risk resolution.
• Champion AI-accelerated SDLC practices and mentor peers on effective use of approved AI tooling.
