Job summary

LexisNexis Risk Solutions is seeking a Software Engineer III to design, develop, and sustain scalable enterprise applications with an AI-first mindset. You will work on cloud-native systems, leverage Kubernetes and Azure, and contribute to secure software delivery and automation.

You will mentor junior engineers, drive automation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve deployment automation and observability across environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related discipline preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong understanding of software engineering fundamentals and system design patterns.
• Experience with cloud-native technologies and deployment practices.
• Experience with Kubernetes and containerized deployments.
• Experience using Azure cloud services and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality software solutions.
• Apply software design patterns to create scalable and secure systems.
• Participate in architectural discussions and system design decisions.
• Perform code reviews and provide feedback to peers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across application layers.
• Ensure software quality through automated testing and monitoring.
• Build, deploy, and support applications in cloud-native environments.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
