Qualifications

Basic

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 2 years of experience with Information Technology.

Preferred

• At least 2 years of experience working in Agile Methodology
• At least 2 years of experience in Quality Engineering Process.
• At least 2 Years’ experience in Sterling Order Management System
• At least 2 Years’ experience in building and testing SOAP and Rest Webservices
• At least 2 Years Jiffy Automation Experience
• At least 2 Years’ experience in writing automated tests using tools like Junit
• Experience with automating applications hosted in Amazon Web Services AWS
• Working understanding of Agile or TDD/BDD methodologies and the ability to effectively negotiate working agreements across development, product owners, and other stakeholders
• Should have strong co-ordination, communication & reporting, analytical skills
• Should have Strong leadership skills
• Good Communication skills
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
